Instructions on how to purchase online counseling sessions

1. Click on Buy Session Online at the top blue navigation bar.
2. Stay on the same page if you are paging by Visa or Mastercard. If paying with PayPal, click on the PayPal logo or the message above it.

For credit card payment:

1. Type the amount of sessions that you desire to purchase under the correct Product description. Make sure to select the correct product according to your client status and the duration of the session.
2. Click "Submit Order" and then enter your Billing and Credit Card information. Click on "Summarize Order" to see the details of your order.
3. Click on "Submit Order" to finish the order.
4. Your Order Receipt will show on the next page after the payment has been processed. You can print your receipt by clicking on the button at the end of the page"Print Page."
5. Download the following forms, also listed on the Credit Card Payment page:
   Intake Form
   Notice - HIPPA Privacy Rules
   Office Practice and Policies Statement
   Release of Information Form
   These forms need to be filled and sent to sgruen@talkingdoc.com or faxed to 281.491.5250
6. Dr. Shirley will e-mail you within 24 hours of the order placement to schedule the session.

For PayPal payments:

1. Once in the PayPal Payment page at TalkingDoc.com, select the session desired and click on the PayPal Buy Now button.
2. At PayPal, enter your e-mail address and password for your PayPal account.
3. Review your order and click on "Pay." You will receive a confirmation as well as a way to get back to the TalkingDoc.com.
4. Download the following forms, also listed on the returning page after submitting your payment:
   Intake Form
   Notice - HIPPA Privacy Rules
   Office Practice and Policies Statement
   Release of Information Form
   These forms need to be filled and sent to sgruen@talkingdoc.com or faxed to 281.491.5250
5. You will receive an order receipt at your e-mail for this purchase.
6. Dr. Shirley will e-mail you within 24 hours of the order placement to schedule the session.
